  • Update to the latest version from the App Store / Google Play.
  • Force close the app and reopen it.
  • Restart the device (clears stuck audio/graphics states).
  • If purchases don’t apply: restore purchases (if available) or wait a few minutes for store sync.
Purchases & ads

Stores can take a few minutes to sync entitlements. If you bought “Remove Ads” or similar, try restoring purchases and reopen the app.

Tip: Include whether you’re on iOS or Android and your country.
